I Left My Coat in a Tree

I left my coat Hanging on a tree. A few days later What do I see? A small bird nest In my small coat hood. In that nest were eggs, And I thought that was good. A few days later What do I see? Three or four hatchlings In my coat in the tree. A couple of days later A storm came along. I found my coat on the ground And the hatchlings were gone. I left my coat Hanging on a tree. I hope the chicks flew away And are happy and free.

When You Believe Book


I found this book at a thrift store last week. It shows some of the concept art behind one of my favorite DreamWorks films, The Prince of Egypt, along with some scripture. Though I wish there was more concept art and behind the scenes info inside this book, so far, I still find it enjoyable to look through. Here are a couple of pieces of artwork that are inside it.
